Meet the Team

Learn about the family-owned team at Dayton PC Repair. Serving Centerville and Dayton with 12+ years of expert computer repair experience.

Local Expertise You Can Rely On

We aren’t a massive retail chain with rotating seasonal staff. Since 2013, our family has operated this shop right here at 264 N. Main Street, Suite C, in Centerville. We have spent over 12 years on the bench fixing everything from cracked MacBook Pro Retina screens to failing NVMe SSDs in high-end gaming rigs. When you bring your device to us, you are talking to the same technicians who built this business from the ground up.

We value honesty above everything else. Because we live and work in the same community as our customers, our reputation is our most important asset. We provide a free diagnostic before any work begins so that you know exactly what is wrong with your hardware. You will never receive a surprise bill for a repair you didn’t authorize.

Our shop stays open Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 7:00pm. While we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, our team works hard during the week to ensure your devices are back in your hands quickly.

Our Repair Philosophy and Standards

Technical skill matters, but integrity matters more. We know that a broken laptop can stop your entire life or business. Whether you are a student at Wright State or a professional running a firm in Oakwood, we treat every device with the same level of technical precision. We don’t just swap parts blindly. We use deep diagnostic tools like SMART data monitoring and Windows Event Viewer logs to find the actual root cause of your system crashes.

Every single repair we perform is backed by a 90-day workmanship warranty. If a component we installed fails or a connection comes loose within that window, we will make it right. We take pride in our work because we stand behind every solder joint and ribbon cable we touch.

We serve a wide area around the Centerville area. Our technicians frequently assist clients from Kettering, Dayton, Beavercreek, Springboro, Bellbrook, West Carrollton, Miamisburg, Huber Heights, and Fairborn near the Wright-Patt area.

Your data is precious. We handle every MacBook, Dell XPS 13, and ThinkPad T-series with extreme care to prevent accidental data loss during the repair process.

How We Handle Your Hardware

When a device enters our shop, it undergoes a rigorous intake process. A technician performs an initial physical inspection to check for liquid damage, bent chassis, or swollen lithium-ion batteries. After the hardware check, we run software stress tests to see how the GPU die or CPU handles thermal loads. This prevents us from missing a hidden issue that might cause your computer to crash again next week.

We don’t believe in unnecessary upgrades. If your HP Pavilion 15 is running slow because of a mechanical hard drive, we will explain why an SSD upgrade makes sense. However, if your motherboard has a short circuit that makes the repair more expensive than the laptop is worth, we will tell you the truth immediately.

We maintain a clean, organized workspace at our Main Street location. This ensures that tiny screws and delicate digitiser components don’t get lost during a complex teardown.

Our goal is simple. We want to provide professional-grade repair services with the personal touch of a local family business.
