We stand behind our labor with a 90-day workmanship warranty on every single repair we perform. How Our Warranty Works

Our 90-day warranty covers the specific labor and parts involved in your initial repair ticket. If you come to us because your Dell XPS 13 won’t boot, and we determine that a faulty ribbon cable is the culprit, our warranty covers the replacement of that cable and the labor used to install it. While this protects you against mistakes on our bench, it does not cover new issues that arise from unrelated causes. For example, if we repair your laptop screen and then a liquid spill occurs two weeks later, that falls outside the scope of our workmanship guarantee.

We maintain clear records for every client in the Dayton area. Because we track every part serial number and every technician’s notes, we can quickly verify if a component is failing due to a defect or external damage. Hardware components have their own lifespans.
