Our Service Commitment

We have operated as a family-owned shop since 2013. Because we have spent over 12 years on the repair bench, we understand that your computer is often the most important tool in your home or office. When you bring a MacBook Pro Retina or a ThinkPad T-series to our shop at 264 N. Main Street, Suite C, you are trusting us with your personal data and your daily productivity. We take that responsibility seriously.

We provide a free diagnostic before any work begins on your device. While some shops charge a fee just to look at your hardware, we prefer to give you a clear picture of the problem first. This allows you to decide if the repair cost makes sense for your budget before we ever touch a screwdriver. We will explain exactly what is wrong, whether it is a failing NVMe SSD or a broken ribbon cable, so that you can make an informed choice.

Repair Policies and Warranty

Every repair we perform comes with a 90-day workmanship warranty. If we replace a digitiser on your Surface Laptop 5 and it fails within that window due to our installation error, we will fix it at no additional cost to you. This warranty covers the labor and the specific components we installed. It does not cover accidental damage, such as liquid spills or cracked screens caused by drops after you leave our Centerville location.

We aim for a quick turnaround time. Most standard repairs take between 1-3 business days, although the exact timeline depends on whether we need to order specific parts like a replacement GPU die or a specialized Dell XPS 13 battery. If a part has to ship from an out-of-state distributor, we will call you immediately to update your status. We do not believe in leaving customers guessing about when their tech will be ready.

Data and Privacy Standards

Your privacy is our highest priority while your device is on our bench. When you drop off a computer for service, we treat your files with the same respect we would want for our own family members. We do not browse through your photos, documents, or personal folders unless it is strictly necessary to troubleshoot a software error or verify a file system issue. If we need to perform a clean OS installation which requires wiping your drive, we will ask for your explicit permission first.

We recommend that you back up your data before bringing any device to us. Even though we take every precaution to protect your information, hardware repairs carry inherent risks. A sudden failure during a component swap can sometimes lead to data loss if the drive is already in a degraded state. If you do not have a recent backup, ask us about our data recovery services during your initial consultation at our 45459 office.

Service Area and Logistics

Our shop serves a wide range of communities across the Miami Valley. We regularly see customers traveling from Kettering, Dayton, Beavercreek, and Springboro to visit us. We also provide support for clients in Bellbrook, Oakwood, West Carrollton, Miamisburg, Huber Heights, and the Fairborn area near Wright-Patt. If you live in these neighborhoods, you can drop your gear off during our standard operating hours.

We are open Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 7:00pm. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday so that our technicians can recharge. If you need to reach us, please call (937) 660-4819. Payment and Estimates

All repair estimates are valid for 14 days from the date they are issued. If we find additional issues once we open the chassis—such as discovering a swollen battery while replacing a keyboard—we will pause and contact you. We never perform unapproved work that exceeds your initial estimate by more than $20 without your verbal or written consent.

We accept standard payment methods at our Centerville suite. Once your repair is complete, we will walk you through the fix so you can see that everything is working correctly. You can pick up your device any time during our weekday business hours.
